I made this thread upon a request, and jumped on it immediately since a large portion of the community seems either misinformed or uneducated in the matter. You can personally decide whether the idiot mentioned in the title is the reader or the poster. This is a guide about gibbed/modded/altered weapons and items for people unfamiliar with them, that also acts as a channel for all your questions related to the topic!
